Krewe of Vixens

History:

Krewe of Vixens is a ladies Krewe of 50 women.  Krewe was organized to raise awareness and money for Ovarian Cancer.

About Krewe:

Krewe was started by 5 founding members – Tricia Purdy, Michelle Moser, Darlene Richards, Melissa Walker and Patsy Enfinger in 2013.  Membership started with 30 members and currently have 50 members.  The Krewe started parading in 2014.  The Non-profit Krewe donate to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund every year.

Membership:

We are open to females members 25 and up. We ask that a prospective member fill out an application, and then the Board issues invitations in July of each year.

Events:

The Krewe does not host a ball, but two big fundraisers every year.  The Annual T.E.A.L There’s a Cure 4 Mile  Run/Walk and Fun Run (held in September) and the Krewe of Vixens Cornhole Tournament (held in May). You can find them in Downtown Pensacola at Gallery Nights to hand out literature.
